Please read these Terms carefully. They set out the rules for using www.digicertifications.com, the terms of any purchase of Paid Access, and your legal rights and obligations.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- “Site” means www.digicertifications.com and all related pages, features and services.
- “we”, “us” and “our” mean Digi Certifications, the operator of the Site.
- “you” means the individual who accesses or uses the Site or purchases Paid Access.

2. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Digi Certifications. By accessing the Site, creating an account or purchasing Paid Access, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
Operator: Digi Certifications
Address: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
3. The service
The Site is an independent information and exam-preparation service. It aggregates publicly available information about IT certifications and provides practice questions to help users prepare for certification exams.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco, Amazon Web Services, Google, the Project Management Institute or any other certification vendor. All product names, vendor names and certification marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Our practice questions are original study aids; they are not actual exam questions, and we do not supply or endorse exam “braindumps”.
Certification information is gathered from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or subject to change. You should always confirm exam details, prices, requirements and retirement dates with the relevant vendor before relying on them.
4. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or make a purchase.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or your Paid Access.
5. Paid Access, pricing and payment
Offer. Paid Access is a one-time purchase of $10 USD that grants 90 days of access to the paid practice sets (sets 2 to 5) for one certification of your choice. Paid Access is not a subscription, does not renew automatically and expires 90 days after the date of purchase. Current pricing and inclusions are shown on our pricing page. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect purchases already completed.
Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms, and Paddle collects, calculates and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT or similar charges, and issues your receipt or invoice.
Delivery. Paid Access is a digital service. It is activated on your account after your payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. If it does not appear, contact us at contact@digicertifications.com and include your Paddle receipt.
Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee). If a payment is refunded, reversed or successfully disputed, we may withdraw the associated Paid Access.
6. Licence and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site and its content for your own non-commercial exam preparation. You agree that you will not:
- copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, resell or sublicense any question set, explanation or other content;
- share Paid Access, account credentials or downloaded content with any other person;
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated means to access or extract content from the Site;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with access controls, security features or rate limits;
- introduce malware or take any action that could damage, overload or impair the Site;
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or in breach of any third party’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, including its software, design, text, practice questions, explanations and compilation, is owned by Digi Certificationsor its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in section 6, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
8. No guarantee of exam results
Practice exams are provided for preparation purposes only. We make no representation or warranty that use of the Site will result in you passing any certification exam or achieving any particular score, qualification or career outcome. We are not responsible for exam fees, retakes or decisions made by certification vendors.
9. Availability and changes to the Site
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or content, for example to correct errors, update material or perform maintenance. If we permanently discontinue Paid Access that you have purchased before it expires, we will refund the unused portion of your purchase.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Paid Access in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) $10 USD.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Your responsibility
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law and except where you are a consumer with mandatory protections to the contrary.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Site and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Site or if required by law. If we terminate your Paid Access for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of your purchase.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data and forms part of these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. If we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of them.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at contact@digicertifications.com so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith. Disputes about a payment can also be raised with Paddle.
17. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the Site.
